Return Policy

1. What is our return policy?
 You may return Item(s) that are faulty or don't match the product description within 30 days of purchase; they should be unworn and unused with original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

We can offer a replacement for faulty items and a refund for items not matching our description. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you received a free gift with your purchase it too must be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. How long does it take to process my return?
Return items can take 2-10 business days to reach us. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the status of your replacement/refund.

3. How will I be refunded
You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via:
Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
Direct deposit/ Cheque: We will contact you for your bank account details and the refund will be deposited into your account.
Gift Voucher/ Store Credit: Your refund amount will be issued in the form of a new voucher or credit.
AfterPay: If you are returning your entire order and have already made one or more payments, the total amount will be refunded to your debit/ credit card.
If you are returning only part of your order, the refund amount will be deducted from your final instalment. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund 7 days after recieveing email confirmation of your returned item, please contact us at littlelivzshop@gmail.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at littlelivzshop@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 4304 Denistone East New South Wales AU 2112.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
