Q:  How soon do I receive my order?

Several factors may affect shipping time including Covid delays. It varies depending on which state and country you are loctaed in and could be anywhere between 1 to 14 days.

Example: You order from NSW, Australia then as our stock in based in Sydney, Australia w eexpect 1-2 days fro arrival. 
Other Australian States 1-5 days depending on freight company. 

Overseas expect at least 7+ days

Fulfilment: We process orders placed before 3pm Monday- Friday ready for shipping.

Q:  Do you offer worldwide shipping?

No, Currently we shipping to Australia and New Zealand

Q:  Will you provide me with tracking information?

Yes we will. Once your order is already shipped, Little Livz will send you your tracking information via email. But there may be times when tracking info may not be available due to free shipping method.

Q:  Do you shoulder custom fees?

By purchasing products from Little Livz, you consent that one or multiple packages may be shipped to you; and that you may incur custom fees when the shipment arrives in your country. Little Livz is not responsible for any custom fees once we have already shipped your order/s.
